June 16, 2011 Fruit Pizza I tried a fruit pizza recipe for the first time yesterday - yummy! Sugar cookie crust, cream cheese (low fat) and Cool Whip (no sugar) topping, then layer the fruit (I used strawberries, blueberries and kiwi as you can see), then glaze (oj, cornstarch, water, etc.). Really, really nice summer dessert! Thanks, Julia! :)

November 18, 2010 Red and Green Apples Wowie zowies! I am floored by all of your comments on yesterdays' daily! Been having a really rough time of things lately, so your support and thoughtful responses mean so much to me. This is a shot from the NC State Fair last month again. Haven't had time to do any more recent photo work. Weekend is allllmost here...
